Stuart asked, "Why do leaves change colors?"
I said, "Let's look it up." So we looked it up and talked about photosynthesis and chlorophyll and the change in sunlight and warmth. He was satisfied.
Daphne asked, "Why do leaves change colors?"
I said, "Because it's falltime." She was satisfied.
